RETURNING CBD

We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched.

 All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the product being a perishable good.

The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 48 hours once the goods are returned & received by Wisp CBD. 

If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.

Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused, with tamper seal in place. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with Wisp CBD before the product is returned.

Returns postage is on a case by case query. The buyer will pay the return cost for non-defective items.

We may require photographic evidence to support any claims.
